Neil Monteiro – Mystery Science

Shows from our Mystery Science presenter, Neil Monteiro,  highlight the mysteries in science and the incredible process of scientific thinking that helps us make sense of the world.

Neil Monteiro is a science presenter known for showcasing the mysteries of science to schools and audiences across the UK and beyond. He masters subjects as wide as the beginnings of the universe to the inner workings of our minds. Because he uses unbelievable demonstrations, Neil will leave you asking “Why?” as much as “How?”

Neil performs regularly at many of the UK’s science festivals and is an Honorary Outreach Lecturer at Imperial College London.

For corporate events and training, Neil’s specially crafted science mysteries are designed to teach how to use scientific thinking in an everyday world.

Alongside stage presenting, Neil goes to far-reaching lengths in the name of science! He has filmed on a glacier in Iceland, travelled to the arctic circle to observe the northern lights and given demonstrations on the top of an active volcano.
